As the second engineer on our team, you’ll collaborate closely with all of us to bring our vision to life. Who We’re Looking For

• Master of Your Craft: You’ll use your deep expertise in Swift and SwiftUI to take our iOS app to the next level, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and reliable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building Core Features: You’ll play a key role in developing core functionalities for the Sunflower iOS app, creating visually attractive and intuitive interfaces.
  
  
• Optimizing Performance: You’ll ensure the app is highly performant, with optimal speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  
  
• Collaborating with Designers and Engineers: You’ll partner with designers and developers to translate designs into robust code and actively contribute to shaping product strategy.
  
  

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years working on production software.
  
  
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with native Apple frameworks, especially Swift and SwiftUI.
  
  
• Portfolio: An example of an app you’ve worked on that showcases your attention to craftsmanship.
  
  
• Location: You must be based in the United States.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working on consumer or social apps, particularly within small teams or startups.
• Knowledge of full-stack application development.
• Experience with cloud-based LLMs and on-device machine learning frameworks.
