As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated VIP Salesperson to play a crucial role in driving success and aligning students with the right coaching solutions.

Role Overview

  1. The VIP Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, driving sales for our VIP coaching program, and ensuring prospective students receive exceptional customer care. You will play a key role in helping students reach their goals while ensuring the right fit for the program.


Please note: Interviews for this position will take place in January 2025, and the successful candidate will begin working with us in February 2025.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Calls & Consultations

  • Conduct calls with prospective students, understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate VIP coaching package.
  • Filter prospects to ensure the right candidates are selected for the program.
  • Follow up with leads to close sales and maximize conversion rates.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Refine and enhance the sales process to continually improve outcomes and efficiency.
  • Maintain high conversion rates through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • US Time Zones: Availability during U.S. business hours is essential, though some flexibility for European prospects is required.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in selling high-ticket programs, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $10,000.
  • Flexible Schedule: The role includes periods of quieter months with 5-10 calls per week, followed by busier weeks with 30-40 calls during enrollment pushes.
  • Start Date: Available to begin work on February 1st, 2025.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Monthly Draw: $1,200 monthly draw to ensure stable income during lower lead months.
  • Commission: 10% commission on all sales, with an easy recovery mechanism for draw advances during peak sales months.
  • Remote Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere while ensuring availability during U.S. business hours for calls.
