As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated VIP Salesperson to play a crucial role in driving success and aligning students with the right coaching solutions.
Role Overview
- The VIP Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, driving sales for our VIP coaching program, and ensuring prospective students receive exceptional customer care. You will play a key role in helping students reach their goals while ensuring the right fit for the program.
Please note: Interviews for this position will take place in January 2025, and the successful candidate will begin working with us in February 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Calls & Consultations
- Conduct calls with prospective students, understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate VIP coaching package.
- Filter prospects to ensure the right candidates are selected for the program.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and maximize conversion rates.
Sales Process Optimization
- Refine and enhance the sales process to continually improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Maintain high conversion rates through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.

Requirements
- US Time Zones: Availability during U.S. business hours is essential, though some flexibility for European prospects is required.
- Sales Experience: Experience in selling high-ticket programs, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $10,000.
- Flexible Schedule: The role includes periods of quieter months with 5-10 calls per week, followed by busier weeks with 30-40 calls during enrollment pushes.
- Start Date: Available to begin work on February 1st, 2025.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Monthly Draw: $1,200 monthly draw to ensure stable income during lower lead months.
- Commission: 10% commission on all sales, with an easy recovery mechanism for draw advances during peak sales months.
