Entry-Level AI Automation Analyst
Storm Ideas Edinburgh

At Storm Ideas, we help some of the biggest names in US television and entertainment build and amplify their digital presence. Since 2008, our international team has been delivering bold, forward-thinking solutions for globally recognised clients. Whether we're building innovative products, producing high-impact social content, or designing smarter internal workflows, we operate at the intersection of creativity, technology, and automation.

We’re now looking for an ambitious, curious, and creative individual to join us as an AI Workflow Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to explore how Artificial Intelligence can be practically applied in a real business environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and tools

  • Identify ways AI can improve efficiency, productivity, or creativity across departments

  • Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows to solve practical business challenges

  • Share learnings and insights with team members through Slack and internal documentation

  • Support adoption by creating clear documentation and training sessions

  • Track workflow success through measurable KPIs

  • Continuously evaluate and experiment with new AI and no-code or low-code platforms

Who You Are

This role is a great fit for someone who:

  • Is passionate about AI and regularly follows industry developments

  • Has a natural curiosity about how tools and systems work

  • Enjoys problem-solving and process improvement

  • Is excited by innovation and learning through experimentation

  • Is a confident communicator who can work independently and take initiative

  • Has a growth mindset and enthusiasm for applying AI in meaningful ways

Experience is not required. We’re more interested in your potential and passion than in your qualifications. If you’ve ever lost hours trying a new tool just to see what it could do, or found a faster way to do a routine task, you’ll thrive in this environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with building repeatable AI workflows

  • Basic familiarity with JavaScript or HTML

  • Understanding of digital marketing or creative operations
