Your Impactful Role 

As a Senior Software Engineer at Speechify, your work will directly influence the growth and performance of our platform. You will: 

• Design and Develop APIs: Build and maintain scalable APIs for Payments, Subscriptions, Authentication, and Data Tracking to support seamless user experiences. 
• Optimize Backend Systems: Oversee and refine backend architecture for performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. 
• Collaborate on Enterprise Solutions: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop tailored B2B solutions that meet enterprise integration needs. 
• Align Tech with Product Goals: Ensure backend developments support Speechify’s product vision and enhance user engagement. 

Your Expertise 

We are seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have: 

• Strong Backend Development Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js (required), with bonus points for experience in Go. 
• Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Solid understanding of GCP, with exposure to AWS, Azure, or similar platforms. 
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to prioritize tasks and execute efficiently in a high-growth setting. 
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment for scalable applications.
