Role: HubSpot Developer 

As a HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable websites and digital experiences within the HubSpot CMS (Content Hub). This role requires strong front-end architecture skills, deep expertise in HUBL (HubSpot’s templating language), and hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React to create dynamic modules. You will lead technical implementation and collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to deliver sophisticated, best-in-class digital solutions.  

Development &Architecture 

• Build and maintain reusable HubSpot CMS themes, templates, and custom modules using HUBL, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  
  
• Develop interactive front-end components using frameworks such as React.
  
  
• Own the technical planning and execution of website migrations and rebuilds on the HubSpot platform.
  
  
• Ensure front-end code meets high standards for performance, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO.
  
  
• Implement thorough testing and quality assurance processes for all deliverables.
  
  

Collaboration
 

• Partner with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into polished, production-ready interfaces.
  
  
• Work closely with back-end engineers to define API needs and integrate data sources.
  
  
• Stay current with HubSpot updates and evolving front-end technologies.
  
  

Requirements
 

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, including blogs, landing pages, and dynamic content.
  
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency with HUBL and the HubSpot Design Manager.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Proven ability to write clean, semantic, and high-performance code.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  
  
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  
  

Education & Experience
 

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  
  
• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot CMS development.
  
  
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
  
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, development).
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  
  
• Experience leading projects across the full website development lifecycle.
  
  

Technical Skills
 

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  
  
• Strong experience with Git and command-line tools.
  
  
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
  
  
• Working knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations.
  
  
• Back-end experience (Node.js, Python, PHP) is a strong plus.
  
  
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  
  

Additional Qualifications
 

• Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  
  
• Background in both B2B and B2C website optimization and marketing.
  
  
• Portfolio showcasing live HubSpot CMS projects is highly preferred.
  
  
• Knowledge of QA processes and cross-browser testing best practices.
  
  

Compensation
 
$70,000 – $85,000 per year
