We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ensuring projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards. 
 Responsibilities 

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
  
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  
  
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of developers, engineers, and stakeholders
  
  
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  
  
• Ensure all project deliverables meet required standards for quality, security, and compliance
  
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, progress, and any changes
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications
 

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT project management
  
  
• Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
  
  
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, and Jira
  
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• Experience managing project budgets, cost controls, and resource allocations
  
  
• Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks, particularly ITIL
