We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and shape the future of our products. You will play a key role in enhancing our platform, designing interfaces for new features, and driving user experience improvements.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at SlideSpeak, you’ll be part of a passionate and fast-paced team. You’ll work directly with engineers and the founder to address UX challenges, improve existing designs, and create intuitive AI-driven features. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is excited about making a visible impact on the product and company growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction of our product by identifying UX issues, conducting user research, and collaborating with our engineering team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Innovative Features: Create intuitive AI-driven interfaces that enhance user experiences.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, analyze behavior, and gather insights to identify bottlenecks and UX flaws.
• Data-Driven Design: Use tools like PostHog to analyze session recordings and usage data to drive actionable product improvements.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand pain points, user personas, and common user journeys.
• Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with design systems.
• Test & Iterate: Continuously test features, iterate on designs, and ensure high user adoption and satisfaction.
• Onboarding & Support: Contribute to the creation of onboarding flows, help content, and customer support materials.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Figma: Proficiency in Figma for creating prototypes and design systems.
• User Interview Experience: Ability to conduct insightful user interviews to derive key learnings.
• SaaS Product Experience: Proven experience working on SaaS products and designing user-centric features.
• Engineering Collaboration: Comfortable preparing designs for engineering teams and collaborating on implementation.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and engineering teams.
• Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle design challenges creatively.
