Affiliate marketing is our most under‑leveraged growth lever. We need a builder who can turn a blank slate into a repeatable, high‑ROI engine that delivers qualified traffic from travel bloggers, deal sites, publishers, and creators worldwide.

What You’ll Build & Own

Design the program

• Select and configure the tech stack (Impact, GoAffPro, or your weapon of choice).
  
  
• Create fair, transparent commission structures and compliance rules.
  
  

Grow the partner network

• Prospect and recruit affiliates in SEO‑rich travel sites, review blogs, deal communities, and influencer channels.
  
  
• Craft cold‑outreach playbooks and inbound application flows that scale.
  
  

Drive performance

• Launch campaigns, supply assets, and coach partners on content that converts.
  
  
• Monitor dashboards, attribute revenue accurately, and optimise for lifetime value.
  
  

Collaborate for amplification

• Work side‑by‑side with our paid media, influencer, and SEO teams to align messaging, seasonal pushes, and landing pages.
  
  

Document and iterate

• Build SOPs and training guides so the program runs smoothly as volume grows.
