We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead growth campaigns, drive lead generation, and increase revenue for our fast-growing platform. What You’ll Do 

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will: 

  • Develop Growth Campaigns: Create and execute demand generation strategies across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Collaborate for Revenue: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Leverage Data Insights: Analyze campaign performance and use metrics to optimize results.
  • Build Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partners to fill the funnel.
  • Optimize Conversion: Test and refine landing pages, ads, and campaigns to boost conversions.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee demand generation budgets and forecasts for strategic growth.
  • Report Performance: Use advanced Excel and analytics tools to identify trends and create actionable performance reports.
  • Explore New Channels: Identify and test innovative marketing channels to drive business growth

What We’re Looking For
 
We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
 

  • Experience: 4+ years in demand generation or growth roles, focusing on paid media and campaign success.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to craft empathetic and effective landing pages, campaigns, and marketing assets.
  • CRO Expertise: Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
  • Data Fluency: Comfort with analyzing conversion rates, ROAS, and performance metrics.
  • Ad Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in both SEM and paid social platforms.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills in a remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A passion for experimentation, testing new ideas, and taking ownership of projects.
