 Your Responsibilities: 
In this role, you will: 
 

• Develop and execute a compelling internal communications strategy for the Worldwide Field Operations team. 
• Partner closely with the Office of the President of Worldwide Field Operations to align business goals with communication strategies. 
• Collaborate with Field Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to streamline communication with Field Sales teams, managing requests and maintaining a communications calendar. 
• Lead diverse internal communication initiatives, from crafting impactful organizational announcements to producing newsletters and videos. 
• Gather continuous feedback to improve communication effectiveness across various channels. 
• Embody and promote Samsara’s core values: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team. 

What We’re Looking For: 
 

• 4+ years of experience in internal communications, particularly in developing and implementing strategic communication programs. 
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills across multiple channels. 
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• Sales communication experience is highly desirable. 
• Preferred experience in Tech or SaaS industries. 

Compensation: 
We reward performance and offer competitive pay, including a base salary, bonus opportunities, and stock awards. 
 

• Annual Base Salary: $79,475 – $102,850 CAD (based on experience and location). 
• Performance-Based Bonuses and Equity Awards for top performers.
