We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Manager to lead communication strategies for our Worldwide Field Operations, including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Support teams. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape impactful communications, foster alignment, and support business goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates must reside in Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Communications Strategy: Develop and implement communication plans to align Field Operations with business goals, delivering engaging and informative content that inspires teams.
• Content Creation and Management: Craft organizational announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials tailored to the needs of the Field Operations team.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and prioritize communication strategies.
• Support Organizational Alignment: Serve as the bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and Optimize Communication: Gather feedback to continuously enhance communication channels and deliverables, driving effectiveness and clarity.
• Champion Company Culture: Embed and promote Samsara’s core cultural principles, such as growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork, in all communications.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in internal communications, with a strong track record of developing and executing impactful communication strategies. Sales communications experience is a plus.
• Creative Communication Skills: Proficient in storytelling, writing, and delivering compelling messages across various formats and channels.
• Collaboration Expertise: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, aligning communication goals with business objectives.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment with the ability to navigate continuous change.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tech or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
