We’re currently helping a rapidly scaling tech company hire Security Architects to strengthen internal security and enable compliant growth.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role.

🔐 About the Role – Security Architect

As a Security Architect, you’ll embed secure-by-design principles into product development and cloud infrastructure. You’ll support engineering teams in evaluating system security, identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and aligning architecture with global compliance frameworks.

You’ll work directly with product teams where your expertise — whether in DevSecOps, infrastructure security, compliance, or cloud-native architecture — will have real impact.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level security evaluations and gap analyses across architecture
  
  
• Develop and advise on cloud-native security and DevSecOps strategies
  
  
• Ensure alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security-by-design
  
  
• Recommend tools, controls, and automation for evolving threat models
  
  

✅ You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years experience in security architecture or technical security consulting
  
  
• Advanced understanding of cloud security, especially AWS, Azure, or GCP
  
  
• Experience with tools such as IAM, KMS, SIEM, IaC security, etc.
  
  
• Strong background in threat modeling, risk assessment, and architecture review
  
  
• Familiarity with global compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  
  
• Excellent communication — able to explain security concepts across all teams
  
  
• Self-driven, independent, and comfortable in a remote, async work environment
  
  
• Bonus: Security certifications like CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
