RemoteVA is looking for a talented Product Designer / Design Engineer to join its fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with creative design skills and can transform ideas into detailed 3D models and printable prototypes. 

You will be involved in the entire product development process—from concept visualization to creating designs ready for manufacturing and 3D printing. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Create and refine 3D models using CAD software
  
  
• Use Blender for 3D modeling, visualization, and basic animation (optional but preferred)
  
  
• Prepare product designs for 3D printing, ensuring accuracy and printability
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert creative ideas into functional product designs
  
  
• Optimize models for performance, usability, and manufacturability
  
  
• Maintain high design standards while meeting project deadlines
  
  

Requirements
 

• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools
  
  
• Experience with Blender for modeling or rendering
  
  
• Knowledge of 3D printing technologies, materials, and file preparation
  
  
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• Excellent English communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
