 About the Role: Sales Operations Specialist
 
We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen the execution layer of our go-to-market foundation. This role focuses on the operational work that keeps our sales engine accurate, efficient, and reliable. You’ll take ownership of pipeline hygiene, CRM data quality, rep support, and sales tooling so that sellers can focus on closing deals and RevOps can concentrate on long-term scale.

You will become the primary owner of HubSpot for the sales team, ensuring deal flow, data accuracy, and workflows remain consistent and predictable. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid sales operations background who wants to grow into a broader RevOps role with daily mentorship and high visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
 

Note: This role supports global teams and requires strong working-hour overlap with Eastern Time (EST).


 What You’ll Be Responsible For
 
Sales Operations Execution
 

  • Maintain daily pipeline hygiene through deal audits and data cleanup

  • Manage stage definitions, deal criteria, and process documentation

  • Provide real-time support to sales reps on CRM usage, access, and adoption

  • Monitor deal progression, stalled opportunities, and forecasting inputs

  • Enable reps with CRM workflows and field logic to maximize selling time

  • Ensure accurate activity syncing from Outreach.io and related tools

CRM & HubSpot Ownership
 

  • Handle day-to-day HubSpot requests, including field updates and permissions

  • Maintain CRM structure to support accurate reporting and forecasting

  • Validate data and assist with low-complexity reporting needs

  • Keep MQL → SQL → Deal handoffs clean through aligned workflows and definitions

Cross-Functional GTM Support
 

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure clean, measurable lead handoffs

  • Support UTM tracking, lifecycle stages, and attribution for funnel visibility

  • Maintain routing rules, enrichment workflows, and target account logic

  • Work with Sales Leadership on lead assignment, dashboards, and territory design

What You’ll Bring
 

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Operations within a SaaS environment

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and pipeline management

  • Understanding of sales metrics, forecasting inputs, and B2B sales motions

  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or ZoomInfo

  • Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple requests while keeping systems clean and consistent

  • Curiosity, a learning mindset, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach
