Position: Experienced Moving Estimator 

Compensation: 

• $1,000/month during training
  
  
• $1,500/month after completing training
  
  

We are seeking a skilled Moving Estimator to join our growing team. This role is vital to ensuring accurate move assessments and smooth logistics, helping our clients enjoy a seamless moving experience.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Accurately estimate move durations considering inventory, location, and logistics
  
  
• Communicate with clients to understand the type and volume of items to be moved
  
  
• Use industry expertise to determine crew size and time requirements
  
  
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations for effective scheduling and execution
  
  

Qualifications
 

• Minimum 1 year of moving industry experience
  
  
• Strong knowledge of time and labor requirements for various move types
  
  
• Ability to assess household items and determine necessary truck and labor needs
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
