We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to support the design, deployment, and operation of customer experience platforms. In this role, you’ll work with a global operations team responsible for running a large-scale IVR system. You’ll assist with application deployments across AWS and on-premise environments, manage multiple environments, and help ensure platform stability and performance across regions (AMR, EMEIA, and JAPAC).
This position includes monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and providing timely support as needed. Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
