Amazon Catalog Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Catalog Manager to lead growth across Amazon and other marketplaces including Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of e-commerce operations, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of online catalog management. 

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our product footprint, improving listing performance, and ensuring seamless execution across product launches and marketplace strategies.  

Responsibilities 

  • Catalog Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement catalog strategies to expand and optimize listings across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as sales, rankings, conversion rates, and market share to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Listing & Pricing Optimization: Refine product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords to boost traffic, conversion, and profitability.

  • Advertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, A+ content, and promotional offers to improve visibility and ROI.

  • Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end process for launching new products, coordinating with marketing, logistics, and design teams.

  • Customer Insights: Conduct feedback surveys and analyze customer reviews to refine listings and brand positioning.

  • Competitive & Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, keyword shifts, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • A/B Testing & Iteration: Continuously run tests on product titles, images, pricing, and advertising to identify top-performing tactics.

Requirements
 

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon catalogs and PPC campaigns.

  • Proven track record of growing brand presence and sales on Amazon and/or other major e-commerce platforms.

  • Proficient in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Recruitment Process
 

  1. Bryq Assessment (15–20 minutes) – A short fit evaluation (no pass/fail).

  2. Video Interview – Record answers to 5 technical questions (1–2 minutes each).

  3. Case Study – Demonstrate your knowledge through a short business scenario task.

  4. Final Interview – Meet with the Operations Manager and CEO online.

  5. References – Provide 2–3 references from past employers or collaborators.
