Role Overview

Printeez is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service & Tech Support Agent to join its growing remote team. This is not a traditional call center role — you’ll be part of a small, supportive team that values quality service and customer relationships.

You will assist customers in both English and French, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle customer support via tickets, live chat, and phone calls 
  •  Assist with order tracking, refunds, reprints, and account issues 
  •  Troubleshoot platform-related problems and provide technical support 
  •  Onboard new customers through video calls and platform walkthroughs 
  •  Build strong knowledge of the Printeez system 

Requirements

  •  Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) 
  •  1–2+ years of experience in customer service 
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  •  Comfortable learning and using new software tools 
  •  Experience working remotely with good discipline 
  •  Reliable internet and a professional home workspace 
  •  Availability Monday to Friday (full-time, with possible overtime) 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience in e-commerce or print-on-demand 
  •  Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or RingCentral 
  •  Ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions efficiently
