Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who can leverage LLMs and AI to make PostHog 10x more powerful. You should have experience building agentic AI applications and understand that it’s more than just hitting an API with a prompt.

You’ll thrive if you:

Experience in autonomous agents, workflow automation, or AI copilots is a plus, but you’ll have the freedom to build from scratch with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Own products and features end-to-end: ideation, MVP testing, iteration, and success tracking
  
  
• Collaborate with design when needed, using our design system to ship polished UX
  
  
• Implement AI features with PostHog AI, including observability and evaluation tools
  
  
• Engage with users frequently, iterating based on real feedback
  
  
• Participate in support rotations, resolving customer issues in real-time
  
  
• Document features in collaboration with our content team
  
  

Requirements

• Full-stack experience (Python, React, or similar; big data experience a plus)
  
  
• Prior experience with AI workflow automation, copilots, or autonomous agents
  
  
• Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions, ship quickly, and iterate
  
  
• Strong UX sense and product polish
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  
  
• Expertise in Django and/or TypeScript-based React
  
  
• Experience building AI-native products or integrating AI into existing software
