Your Role as an Acquisition Specialist

As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our partner network by converting inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting strategies. This position requires a results-driven, proactive approach to attract and qualify potential partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving Partner Acquisition:

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify high-potential partners.
  • Build strong relationships and effectively communicate Pie’s value proposition to prospects.
  • Utilize prospecting tools and strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.

Managing the Onboarding Process:

  • Guide new partners through the appointment and onboarding process.
  • Execute contracts and gather all necessary documentation for new appointments.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new partners to dedicated account management teams.

Collaboration & Performance Optimization:

  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to refine outreach efforts.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in Salesforce (SFDC).

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, Partner Acquisition, or Business Development.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Skills & Strengths:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence different audiences.
  • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Google Suite, Looker, Groove, Highspot, and ZoomInfo.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential:

  • Base Pay Range: $22.75 - $27 per hour.
  • Incentive-Based Pay: Target commission of ~$10,000 based on performance.
