As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the platform that powers our products. You’ll collaborate with backend engineers, data analysts, and other team members to develop scalable data pipelines, integrations, and high-performance systems. Responsibilities 

• Develop scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing (ETL/ELT). 
• Build and maintain integrations with data providers using various data transfer protocols. 
• Ensure data quality and system reliability through testing and code reviews. 
• Drive engineering projects from concept to completion with high autonomy. 
• Write high-quality, optimized code for performance and scalability. 

Requirements 

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Data Engineering. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Advanced expertise in SQL, Redshift, Apache Iceberg, and Postgres. 
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies like Apache Spark and DBT. 
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving industry. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with real-time streaming frameworks like Apache Kafka. 
• Familiarity with data quality tools like Great Expectations or Soda. 
• Hands-on experience with ELT pipelines and big data management. 
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Temporal. 
• Background in high-growth startups or venture-backed companies.
