We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, thoughtful, and innovative visual experiences. This is a hands-on role focused on UI and web design, where you’ll craft interfaces that reduce friction, communicate quality, and build trust with users. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead design execution for WPML and PTC, creating high-quality UI and web experiences
  
  
• Develop a deep understanding of our users—their goals, challenges, and usage patterns—and use those insights to remove UX bottlenecks and improve clarity
  
  
• Work closely with developers, content teams, and leadership to align on product direction, technical constraints, and implementation effort
  
  
• Provide design direction for product teams while also driving your own creative initiatives and improvements
