We’re looking for a Client-Facing Shopify Project Manager to lead Shopify store builds, manage client communications, and drive eCommerce growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with a skilled remote team and manage Shopify projects from end to end — no coding required, but strong Shopify and client-handling experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for multiple Shopify clients
  
  
• Build Shopify stores, manage themes, content, and apps
  
  
• Coordinate design and development deliverables with internal teams
  
  
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
  
  
• Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and suggest site improvements
  
  
• Assist with Klaviyo-based email marketing strategies
  
  
• Stay updated with Shopify features, tools, and integrations
  
  
• Host regular client meetings (PST hours preferred)
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep hands-on experience with Shopify, themes, apps, metafields, and store setup
  
  
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
  
  
• US time zone availability (PST preferred)
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  
  
• Tech-savvy with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace

• Previous agency or freelance experience
  
  
• Email design (especially Klaviyo) or UX/CRO background
  
  
• Based in Canada or fluent in Russian/Ukrainian
  
  

Job Type:
Part-Time Contract-to-Hire (20–25 hours/week initially, with potential for full-time)
