About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team remotely.   • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for helping customers succeed.

  • Basic familiarity with customer success software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively.

  • No degree required – relevant experience and skills are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, support, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Additional language skills (if applicable).
