Your Role in the Sales Team

As a Sales Development Representative at NoGigiddy, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, understanding their pain points, and introducing them to our solutions. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives to help drive revenue. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research high-value leads using LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.

  • Develop outreach strategies to engage prospects effectively.

Engagement & Outreach

  • Initiate meaningful conversations through cold calls, personalized emails, and social interactions.

  • Build rapport with prospects and generate interest in NoGigiddy’s services.

Discovery & Qualification

  • Conduct brief introductory calls to understand prospect needs and determine fit.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they are ready for deeper discussions.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings.

  • Provide relevant background information to facilitate successful sales conversations.

CRM Management & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems with notes and follow-up reminders.

  • Track performance metrics like response rates, booked meetings, and conversion rates to refine outreach strategies.

Preferred (But Not Required) Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

  • Basic knowledge of industry challenges and solutions businesses seek.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

  • Performance-Based Commission: Earn up to 20% of sales targets.
