Role Overview 

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & SaaS Business Unit Leader to manage and scale a high-performing product line. You will oversee a suite of marketing automation and practice management tools, ensuring customers can effectively grow their businesses using technology-driven solutions.  

Key Responsibilities 

•  Lead and scale a $1M+ SaaS and services business unit
•  Manage marketing automation systems and practice management tools 
•  Oversee delivery of marketing assets and campaigns 
•  Drive customer success, efficiency, and operational improvements 
•  Manage P&L and optimize business performance 
•  Lead and support a technical and account management team 
•  Continuously improve processes using automation and technology 

Requirements
 

•  Strong experience in marketing automation and SaaS products
•  Background in digital marketing, operations, or business management 
•  Experience managing teams and business units 
•  Strong analytical and leadership skills 
•  Ability to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success
