Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (HAM)

Nagarro is hiring a Staff Engineer for ServiceNow with a focus on Hardware Asset Management. The role sits on a ServiceNow team that implements solutions across global locations, and it centers on ITAM modules, integrations, and platform configuration. It is a fit for someone with at least 5.5 years of experience who holds a ServiceNow SPM certification and has worked hands-on with HAM, SAM, and ITSM.

What you will do

• Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.
• Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design.
• Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews, and provide technical recommendations.

• 5.5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices.
• Experience in other modules such as ITOM or CSM, along with ITIL knowledge.
• ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
