About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting who will play a key role in preparing and analyzing financial reports for both external (SEC) and internal purposes. You will be involved in the consolidation and closing process for domestic and international entities, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
•  Assist in SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports 
•  Develop financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting schedules
•  Support board reporting and prepare materials for leadership meetings 
•  Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting
•  Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries 
•  Analyze GAAP and SEC requirements to ensure compliance 
•  Assist in internal management reporting and performance analysis
•  Research and resolve complex accounting and technical issues
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and global offices 

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
•  3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting 
•  Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting standards
•  Experience working in public companies or SEC-heavy environments (preferred) 
•  CPA qualification is a plus 
•  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines 
•  Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•  Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, Hyperion, or similar tools (preferred) 
•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly
