As an AI storyteller, you’ll collaborate with a team of motion artists, writers, editors, and producers to craft engaging visual narratives that simplify complex concepts and inspire teams toward shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with a team of motion designers, writers, producers, and art directors to create high-quality video and graphic content.
• Collaborate with product and design owners to visually showcase AI experiences and present them to both internal and external audiences.
• Manage the production process from conceptualization to final delivery, creating visual assets to be animated by motion artists.
• Work efficiently within time constraints and resolve potential delays to ensure deadlines are met.
• Adapt to feedback and incorporate stakeholder inputs effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and external partners.
• Reflect the inclusive and innovative culture of the team through your work.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields with 3+ years of experience in product or service design, OR equivalent experience in design thinking.
• Proficiency in creating visually compelling 2D and 3D designs using design tools.
• An online portfolio showcasing your visual design expertise.
• Familiarity with digital video formats and workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in motion design with skills in 2D/3D animation.
• Background in collaborating with UI/UX design teams.
• Experience in multimedia production for TV, film, or web platforms.
• Skills in storyboarding, audio editing, or related areas.
• Proficiency in using large language models and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D tools), and Figma.
