Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across design, legal, and other departments to define product vision, set requirements, and coordinate resources effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three years of relevant experience. Additional work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience: Proven experience managing the delivery of software products and designing intuitive user interfaces.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of technical architecture for scalable web applications, particularly in a global workforce management context.
• Data Proficiency: Experience with analyzing large-scale data sets and delivering technical presentations.
