Role Overview – Careers That Change Lives 

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). This is a remote role, but you must live within the assigned territory and be able to travel to multiple accounts across the region. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. 

As part of our team, you will provide technical, clinical, operational, and sales support to help achieve regional CRM goals and ensure exceptional customer service.  

Key Responsibilities 

Technical Support 

  • Complete CRM Field Technical Training (online + field).

  • Conduct system checks and device interrogations after certification.

  • Support CRM device implants and provide on-call technical assistance.

  • Troubleshoot device-related issues.

Operational Support
 

  • Complete patient registrations and hospital-required documentation.

  • Manage device inventory, including consignment and trunk stock.

  • Maintain programmer software and support daily scheduling logistics.

Educational Support
 

  • Train physicians, hospital staff, and new clinical team members on CRM products once certified.

Sales Support
 

  • Collaborate with district sales teams to understand customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Support sales activities, including gathering purchase orders and identifying new opportunities.

  • Provide customer feedback to improve sales and service strategies.

Must Have – Basic Qualifications
 
One of the following:
 

  • High School Diploma + 6 years of relevant work experience, or

  • Associate Degree + 4 years of relevant experience, or

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience should be in healthcare, field sales, or roles involving complex math, mechanical systems, science, or computing.

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and the medical device industry.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Travel Requirements
 

  • Frequent travel to hospitals and clinics; up to 80% driving within the region.

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended hours.

  • Lift up to 40 lbs and wear 7–9 lbs of lead protection in surgical environments.

  • Requires clear vision, manual dexterity, and ability to use computers and mobile devices.

Benefits & Compensation
 

  • Base Salary (U.S.): $72,000 – $90,000 annually (varies by experience and location).

  • Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for performance-based bonuses.
