Now Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid media campaigns across the US and UK markets, while also supporting global expansion efforts. This hands-on role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization. You will work closely with the Global Marketing Director to refine marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. 

Who You Are 

You are a data-driven digital marketer with a strong background in paid media and campaign optimization, backed by at least three years of experience. If you have agency experience, that’s a big plus. You excel in managing multi-platform advertising campaigns, thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, and enjoy collaborating with global teams. 

Your expertise includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn advertising, along with a strong understanding of GA, GTM, and CRM platforms. You’re passionate about using data to enhance performance, and you’re adaptable enough to manage campaigns across multiple markets while keeping brand messaging consistent. 

Key Responsibilities 

Paid Media Management 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Assist in launching paid marketing efforts in new countries during onboarding.
  • Create and deliver weekly performance reports on marketing activities.


Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
 

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Optimize automated email workflows to improve lead nurturing and retention.


Country-Specific Marketing Support
 

  • Assist with the onboarding of new countries, evaluating and enhancing marketing strategies.
  • Set up and manage paid marketing campaigns tailored to local markets.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and global messaging standards.


Collaboration & Reporting
 

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to align strategies and achieve goals.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, highlighting trends and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications
 

  • Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking, optimizing, and reporting campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Drip.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and how they integrate into marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in non-profits, multinational teams, or fully remote organizations is preferred.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Compensation & Benefits

Our pay structure is designed for fairness and transparency, using data from Payscale and Numbeo to align salaries with the cost of living. We offer competitive compensation at the 55th percentile of New York market rates, adjusted for local living expenses.

We are committed to equitable pay for all employees working 80% or more of full-time hours.
