Position: Senior Account Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, support new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams on impactful digital projects. You should bring 7+ years of combined project/account management experience, ideally in an agency environment working on medium to large creative or web projects.

• Build and grow strong client partnerships
  
  
• Lead and support proposals and new business conversations
  
  
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure smooth delivery
  
  
• Work with nonprofits, foundations, and cultural institutions
  
  
• Contribute to improving our internal account management standards
  
  
• Partner with a mission-driven team focused on quality and impact
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in account + project management (digital/creative preferred)
  
  
• Experience working with nonprofits or a strong passion for social impact
  
  
• Comfortable leading proposals, client meetings, and long-term accounts
  
  
• Background in managing website or digital creative projects
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  
  
• Strategy experience is a plus
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience and location)
