As the Copywriter & Content Manager, you’ll take the reins of all creative backend tasks, focusing on content strategy, script creation, and management. Your responsibilities will range from crafting compelling text templates to scheduling and publishing content that captivates audiences and drives results. You’ll also guide influencers through the content creation process, ensuring all deliverables align with our company’s vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

Script Writing

  • Craft engaging and persuasive scripts tailored to enhance influencer interactions and audience engagement.
  • Develop high-impact content strategies to help influencers grow their platforms.

Content Management & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee the quality of all scripts and content, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement innovative content ideas and monitor performance.

Content Posting & Scheduling

  • Manage the scheduling and publication of posts across various platforms.
  • Write compelling captions and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously refine content processes to boost quality and effectiveness.
  • Implement feedback and strategies from management to improve content performance.

Details You Should Know

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $18,000 - $42,000 annually (includes performance bonuses)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Additional Pay: Performance bonuses
