General Marketing Manager

Administrative and legal processes follow a clear chain of command with centralized drafting and review to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across jurisdictions. This structure allows the firm to scale efficiently while maintaining cost control and litigation readiness.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Position: General Marketing Manager (Remote) 

Louis Law Group is a fast-paced, forward-thinking law firm seeking an experienced General Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives. This is a fully remote, hands-on role with a strong focus on email marketing, social media marketing, and AI-powered marketing automation. This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with proven marketing experience and a strong track record will be considered. 

Candidates with prior experience in legal marketing or law firm marketing are strongly preferred, particularly those familiar with regulated industries, client intake funnels, and compliance-focused messaging.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated sequences

  • Build and scale social media marketing across relevant platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis

  • Design and manage AI-driven marketing automations to improve lead nurturing, response time, and operational efficiency

  • Maintain a structured marketing calendar aligned with firm goals and intake targets

  • Track performance metrics and present clear, actionable reports to leadership

  • Partner with leadership to align marketing strategy with firm priorities and growth objectives

  • Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and compliance across all marketing channels

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
 
Performance will be evaluated based on, but not limited to:
 

  • Email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, deliverability)

  • Social media growth and engagement (follower growth, reach, engagement rate)

  • Lead generation and intake support (qualified leads, follow-up rates, conversion trends)

  • Effectiveness of marketing automations (time saved, response speed, workflow accuracy)

  • Timely execution of the marketing calendar and reporting deliverables

Required Qualifications
 

  • Proven, hands-on experience with email marketing and social media marketing

  • Practical experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategy accordingly

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute with minimal supervision

Portfolio Requirement (Required)

  • Examples of email marketing campaigns

  • Social media accounts or campaigns managed

  • Marketing automation workflows or AI-assisted systems (where applicable)
