Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist 

In this role, you’ll be the voice of the brands we support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints through phone, email, and chat. 
  • Sharing detailed and accurate information about products and services. 
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions. 
  • Recording customer interactions and solutions to ensure accurate documentation. 

What You Bring to the Team 

We’re looking for motivated individuals who can excel in a remote work environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish (required). 
  • Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection and a dependable computer setup. 
  • Location: Based in LATAM (required). 
  • Experience Abroad: Not mandatory, but we’d love to hear from you if you’ve worked, studied, or lived in the US or Canada. 
  • Mindset: A customer-first attitude with a positive and professional approach. 
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for thinking on your feet. 
  • Experience: Prior customer support experience is a plus, but we welcome all backgrounds.
