As a Tax Product Support Agent, you’ll help users navigate tax software during the busiest season of the year. You’ll:
 

  • Provide friendly, tech-enabled support

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls

  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers clearly

  • Make a meaningful impact using your communication skills

Requirements
 

  • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls

  • Strong computer literacy and multitasking ability

  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace

Preferred (but not required):
 

  • Availability during peak tax season

  • Comfort using video chat and screen-sharing tools

  • Previous experience with tax software

Scheduling
 

  • Choose your own hours by self-scheduling 30-minute blocks

  • Hours of Operation (Jan–Apr): 7 days a week, 8 AM–12 AM ET

Certification
 

  • Client-required certification takes about 3 weeks

  • Includes self-paced eLearning + live virtual classroom sessions

  • Sessions typically run between 10 AM–8 PM ET (varies by class)

 Compensation
 

  • Earn up to $20/hour for completed services

  • New agents can earn a $200 incentive by meeting client metrics

  • Additional performance-based incentives may be offered throughout the season (subject to change)
