Senior Account Manager (Technical Recruiting Marketplace & Community)

Leopard.FYI is a professional network committed to supporting women, non-binary individuals, and allies in software engineering. Our community serves as a trusted space to share insights on company culture, compensation, and interview experiences. We also partner with mission-aligned organizations looking to hire talented engineers.

Our fully distributed team of 20 spans New York, San Francisco, Arizona, France/Brazil, and the Philippines.

Leopard.FYI is a community-first recruiting company and professional network focused on supporting women and non-binary software engineers (and allies). About the Role

Your First 90 Days

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, and recruiters using Leopard to fill engineering roles

  • Conduct regular client check-ins to share candidate progress, gather feedback, surface blockers, and maintain engagement

As You Grow in the Role

  • Advise clients on employer branding and offer-closing strategies

  • Monitor hiring funnel performance, flag drop-offs, and recommend improvements—such as sourcing pushes, events, or workflow adjustments

  • Share insights from the Leopard community to help clients understand what engineers value in roles and workplaces

  • Collaborate with the Head of Ops to improve internal systems, streamline workflows, and build automations using Airtable, Zapier, and other no-code tools

  • Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines in fast-paced environments

  • Interested in systems, efficiency, and process improvement

  • Strong judgment, clear written communication, and professionalism in client-facing work

  • Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to ship high-quality work with minimal oversight

  • Adaptable and optimistic when navigating change or ambiguity

  • Passionate about Leopard’s mission to build community, equity, and inclusion in tech
