Role Overview 

We are hiring a Customer Support Quality Assurance Associate to ensure high-quality customer interactions across all support channels. You will evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.  

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Monitor and evaluate customer support interactions 
  •  Identify service gaps, risks, and compliance issues 
  •  Provide actionable feedback to improve agent performance 
  •  Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and resolution 
  •  Track and report quality metrics and audit results 
  •  Support continuous improvement initiatives 
  •  Maintain documentation and audit records 
  •  Prepare reports for management and operations teams 

Requirements
 

  •  3+ years in customer support or QA roles 
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  •  Experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace 
  •  Attention to detail and analytical mindset 
  •  Ability to work independently and manage priorities 

Nice to Have
 

  •  Experience in FinTech or financial services
  •  Background in regulated environments 
  •  Strong understanding of QA frameworks and metrics
