About the Role 

LearnCube is currently hiring a Senior Account Manager to support its growing customer base in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The role focuses on onboarding new customers, building strong relationships, and driving long-term account success through renewals, retention, and account expansion. 

The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the company’s Germany-based Account Executive, participating in the later stages of the sales process and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to long-term customer management. 

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will participate in discovery and handover calls with DACH customers and take full responsibility for managing client relationships after onboarding. Your focus will include maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term value from the platform, and leading renewal conversations and commercial negotiations. 

You will also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, helping increase customer retention and net revenue growth. The role primarily works with mid-market clients, typically managing accounts valued between €20,000 and €50,000

Candidate Requirements 

This position is ideal for professionals with at least four years of experience in account management or customer success, including two years managing renewals and commercial negotiations independently. Candidates must speak fluent German and English and demonstrate the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across different organizational levels. 

Experience working with SaaS products, corporate training solutions, or EdTech platforms is highly valued. Entrepreneurial experience or experience selling training solutions to corporate clients is also considered a strong advantage. 

Work Environment 

The role is fully remote, but candidates must be located within Central European Time (CET ±1 hour) to collaborate effectively with the team and regional clients. 

Compensation 

On-Target Earnings range from €90,000 to €105,000 annually when performance goals are achieved. The base salary starts at approximately €60,000 in Germany, with adjustments based on the candidate’s European location. 

Team Culture 

LearnCube operates as a fully distributed remote company, and the team gathers once per year in a European city for an in-person company meetup. Previous team gatherings have taken place in Lisbon, Athens, and Budapest. The company also emphasizes sustainability and offsets all business travel emissions. 

Reporting Structure 

The Senior Account Manager will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the company’s Account Executive. 

Start Date 

The expected start date for this position is between May and July 2026
