Your Role
You’ll play a critical role in enhancing our platform, which supports nearly 100M unique visitors every month.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Applications

• Design, build, and enhance server-side and client-side applications.
• Create robust, scalable, and reliable APIs to support business needs.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet project goals.

Optimize Performance

• Continuously improve API response times.
• Utilize metrics and distributed tracing tools for complete visibility and performance monitoring.

Take Ownership

• Take full responsibility for your code, tasks, and projects.
• Provide insightful feedback on technology, development processes, and workflows.

Where & When

• Fully remote (within the EU) or based in our Barcelona office.

Requirements
We’re looking for a seasoned developer with:

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in React and Node.js ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Strong skills in browser APIs, DOM, and HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Passion for clean code, testing, and solving problems collaboratively.
• Ownership and mentorship mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• MongoDB, Redis, Express, GraphQL
• Microservices and distributed systems
• Domain-Driven Design
• Experience with AWS, RabbitMQ, and high-traffic websites
