What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone who turns ideas into action. At IxDF, we’re dedicated to excellence, and we want someone just as committed to join our team.

In this role, you’ll:

• Take on roles such as Course Editor, Content Writer, Learning Experience Designer, UI/UX Curriculum Developer, and Subject Matter Expert.
• Develop and refine UI/UX courses and open-source content that empower designers around the globe, collaborating with leading experts like Don Norman, Vitaly Friedman, and top design leads from companies such as Netflix, Meta, LinkedIn, and Adobe.
• Travel to meet these experts and shoot course content in professional studios, while working closely with your colleagues throughout the process.
• Create and enhance top-notch educational materials covering UI/UX design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Thinking, and more, including articles, design templates, portfolio exercises, and engaging learning content.
• Collaborate with course editors, video production, social media teams, and founders to produce inspiring content that continues to set the bar for quality.
• Use your design skills to create visuals that support learning and help bring complex ideas down to a practical level for learners.

About You

You are a passionate designer, educator, and communicator with:

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and the ability to create engaging learning materials.
• Industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of the skills designers need to thrive.
• A strong track record of writing and publishing design-related content.
• The ability to translate abstract ideas into practical, real-world lessons that learners can easily grasp.
• An eye for detail and a talent for flawless, grammatically perfect copy.
• Ideally, some graphic design skills to create supporting visuals for your content.
• A knack for balancing multiple tasks and breaking large goals into actionable steps.
• A drive for perfection and a practical approach to achieving great results incrementally.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in UI/UX or HCI design.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to make your messages flow seamlessly.

Bonus points if you:

• Have a personal blog on UX/UI design or have experience teaching, mentoring, or creating online courses.
• Have worked with video production teams or led design teams.
• Are skilled in SEO and have experience working remotely.
