The Project (with a capital “P”)

By joining Hyffen, you will support clients in improving their SEO and GEO performance by designing tailored strategies and ensuring their successful execution.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate on internal AI tools developed by the agency, enhancing operational efficiency and advanced data analysis.

Onboarding Experience

We offer a complete onboarding program during your first month, allowing you to get to know the team, understand our processes, master our tools, and start collaborating with fellow consultants.
You will be supported by a dedicated mentor, who will guide and assist you throughout your integration.

From the second month onward, you will manage your own client projects independently.

Your Daily Responsibilities
 

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, authority) and perform market analysis (topics, keywords, competitors).
  
  
• Build and lead SEO & GEO strategies, including defining clear operational roadmaps.
  
  
• Proactively propose digital marketing initiatives to maximize campaign impact.
  
  
• Manage, monitor, and coordinate SEO/GEO project backlogs with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Produce performance reports and lead client steering committees.
  
  
• Maintain continuous SEO, GEO, and AI market monitoring to stay ahead of industry trends.
  
  
• Contribute, alongside the development team, to SEO R&D initiatives and the evolution of the agency’s AI tools.
