About the Role:

As a Workday Accounting Center Manager, you will lead and support Application Managed Services (AMS) for clients using Workday Financials. You will act as a subject matter expert, managing accounting configurations, integrations, reporting, and system optimization in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage and configure Workday Accounting Center solutions 
•  Support accounting integrations, reconciliation, and financial reporting 
•  Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements 
•  Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations 
•  Ensure compliance, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes 
•  Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions 

Requirements:

•  3–5 years of experience with Workday Accounting Center or Financials 
•  Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems 
•  Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and reporting 
•  Ability to handle system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting 
•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field 

Preferred Skills:

•  Workday certification (Financial Management or Accounting Center) 
•  Experience with integrations and AMS support models 
•  Knowledge of General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll, and financial workflows 
•  Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation 
•  Leadership or mentoring experience 

Compensation:

•  Base salary: $135,000 – $165,000 
•  Total compensation: up to $198,000 (including incentives)
