Account Executive, Mid Market - France

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you’ll work closely with small and mid-sized businesses to help them scale and succeed. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and driving long-term customer growth by expanding platform adoption. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through digital transformation and change initiatives, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to long-term partnership. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and execute your territory business plan across monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

  • Identify and develop new opportunities through inbound inquiries and proactive prospecting

  • Lead discovery and qualification conversations with senior decision-makers, including C-level leaders

  • Consistently close new deals and grow existing accounts in line with monthly revenue goals

  • Navigate complex buying committees by working through internal champions and executive stakeholders

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to adapt sales approaches for new features and offerings

  • Deliver virtual and occasional in-person product demonstrations

Role Requirements
 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role

  • Professional proficiency in English and French

  • Background in complex or consultative sales environments

  • Proven experience presenting to and influencing senior executives

  • Strong pipeline management skills with accurate forecasting track record

  • Results-driven mindset with consistent performance above targets

  • Training or certification in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler)
