Your Role 

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of client relationships, ensuring they fully leverage our platform to transform their recruitment processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing positions, excels in communication, and has a passion for optimizing user experiences. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Drive Client Success: Partner with clients to create and execute implementation strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients on recruitment best practices and platform optimization strategies.
  • Lead Training Sessions: Conduct engaging presentations and training to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Analyze Metrics: Track client usage patterns and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with the product team to turn client feedback into impactful platform enhancements.

What We’re Looking For
 

  • Experience: 3-8 years in B2B customer success or client-facing roles.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Startup Mindset: Previous experience in a company with fewer than 50 people.
  • Time Zone Availability: Ability to work Mountain Time Zone hours (Monday-Friday).
