Implementation Manager, EMEA

Hightouch is a next-generation AI platform built for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents transform how marketing work gets done, enabling teams to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with unprecedented speed and impact.

Hightouch sits at the intersection of two major technology shifts: rapid advances in large language models and agentic AI, and the widespread adoption of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. Leveraging these powerful trends, we’ve become a leader in AI-driven marketing, partnering with forward-thinking brands like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and more than 1,000 other companies.

Our team is driven by delivering meaningful outcomes for customers. We tackle challenges with first-principles thinking, move fast with intention, and treat one another with empathy and respect. We seek teammates who communicate clearly, embrace continuous growth, and bring persistence and ownership to achieving shared goals.

About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring successful customer implementations at Hightouch. In close collaboration with Technical Architects, you will own the end-to-end implementation and enablement journey for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be leading the technical onboarding process, ensuring Hightouch integrates smoothly into each customer’s existing data environment, while partnering with Technical Architects who oversee the broader customer experience.

In this role, you will serve as the product and implementation expert, translating complex customer needs into clear, actionable implementation plans. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts to both data teams and business stakeholders. You will focus on building scalable, repeatable implementation processes that support growth, while remaining flexible enough to meet the unique needs of enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer onboarding in partnership with Technical Architects, ensuring technical execution aligns with customer success goals.
  •  Design and refine implementation frameworks that scale across customer segments while supporting enterprise-level requirements.
  •  Facilitate technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops with customer data engineers and business stakeholders.
  •  Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration guidelines, data models, and implementation best practices.
  •  Plan and deliver implementations that shorten time-to-value while ensuring long-term reliability and scalability.
  •  Work with Technical Architects to identify and remove technical obstacles that could impact customer outcomes.
  •  Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
  •  Provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams to help inform platform improvements.
  •  Standardize and automate implementation workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Five to ten years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or related roles within enterprise software environments.
  •  Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise system architecture.
  •  Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations while communicating clearly with diverse stakeholder groups.
  •  Experience building scalable implementation processes across organizations.
  •  Strong technical project management skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel.
  •  Confident presentation and facilitation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
  •  Experience with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and marketing technology platforms is a plus.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

The compensation range for this role is $140,000–$180,000 OTE USD annually, regardless of location, in line with our remote-first approach. In addition to competitive pay, we offer meaningful equity through ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
