About the Role – Account Manager (Remote, EU Time Zones) 

We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to nurture long-term relationships and ensure the success of our clients. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor — guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with our AI-driven skin analysis solutions. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.  

What You’ll Do 

• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers as their main point of contact.
  
  
• Understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs — aligning our AI products to deliver maximum value.
  
  
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure seamless implementation of Haut.AI solutions.
  
  
• Monitor account health and proactively address potential issues or opportunities.
  
  
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to enhance client experience and influence product development.
  
  
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to help clients make the most of our technology.
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed
 

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS or software company.
  
  
• Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and popular digital platforms.
  
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive measurable customer success.
  
  
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to handle complex client needs.
  
  
• Working knowledge of SaaS models and AI-driven solutions.
  
  
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  
  

Nice to Have
 

• Experience automating customer health tracking and engagement workflows.
  
  
• Familiarity with CRM integration and process automation tools.
