Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Closing:

  • Pipeline Management:

    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Consistently exceed monthly quotas through proactive pipeline management.
  • Outbound Engagement:

    • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
    • Present our solution as the go-to choice for their business needs.
  • Sales Strategy Optimization:

    • Collaborate on refining and improving the B2B sales playbook.
    • Introduce innovative strategies to streamline and enhance sales processes.
  • Client Relationship Development:

    • Cultivate trust-based, long-term partnerships with clients.
    • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, positioning the company as a preferred partner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with the CEO, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
    • Share customer insights to inform marketing, product development, and customer success strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • B2B Sales Experience:

    • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
    • Experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills:

    • Ability to craft compelling pitches and build rapport quickly.
    • Skilled at negotiating and influencing decision-makers.
