In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing scalable, reusable data structures and robust systems that power rapid AI feature delivery and seamlessly integrate with clients’ infrastructures. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop data structures, APIs, and systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, closely aligned with domain and business logic.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services, optimizing for both technical efficiency and cost-effectiveness while enhancing user experience.
  
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies, proactively evaluating and adopting new tools and frameworks.
  
  
• Continuously enhance products based on user feedback and performance metrics, driving data-informed improvements.

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of experience in software development within a fast-paced tech environment.
  
  
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building backend systems in product-focused settings.
  
  
• Proficiency in Go or Rust is essential.
  
  
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
  
  
• Experience in optimizing systems for improved AI serving performance is a strong advantage.
